They say it takes a village to raise a child. We believe in this saying, especially for Black mothers for whom the system tragically fails more often than other mothers. The “village” of West Orange is here to help new and expectant moms. AdventHealth OB-GYN - They have highly skilled physicians and midwives in a nurturing environment providing prenatal care, labor and delivery, customized birth plans, etc. (location in Winter Garden).
The Birth Place - Orlando's renowned pregnancy care center where women receive quality care throughout their pregnancy. Serving West Orange and South Lake County since 2001, their midwifery care team is ready to support mamas and embrace healthy pregnancies.
Commonsense Childbirth - A registered non-profit midwifery organization that believes all women deserve a healthy pregnancy, birth and baby.
Fionna Jackson Center for Pregnancy - An organization that provides community support for pregnancies and families in West Orange.
